What happens after the free trial period? You will be asked to pay € 9 for a one year PREMIUM subscription. If you don't want to pay you will continue as a FREE user for as long as you wish. You will not loose any of the websites you have added to Zequr and you can continue adding websites. As a FREE user you will of course not have access to PREMIUM services such as Zequr Safe and the advanced list with tags.
How can I upgrade from FREE to PREMIUM? Open "My account" in the main menu and click the "Upgrade to PREMIUM" button. Read about PREMIUM on our homepage.
I cannot login to Zequr You need to create an account before you can login to Zequr. Select "Create Zequr account" in the main menu and follow instructions.
I have not received an email with an activation link The most likely explanation is that you have entered an invalid email address, or that your spam filter has filtered out the activation email. Open "My account" in the main menu and check if you have entered a valid email address.
How can I add my websites to Zequr? It's very easy to add a website to Zequr. When you are logged in to Zequr do this:
Let your browser open the websites login page.
Enter your username and password as you normally do when you log in to the website.
Click the websites login button.
Zequr will then open a window and ask you to confirm the information detected automatically by Zequr. Repeat the procedure for all the websites you want to add to Zequr.
Zequr does not register a website automatically
There are millions of websites with login and there are a few of them that Zequr does not register automatically. If that happens you can add the website manually:
Go to the websites login page.
Select “Add website manually to Zequr” in the main menu and follow instructions.
Please, send the URL of the website to our support department at support.computer@zequr.com. Then we will analyse the problem and try to fix it in the next release of our software.
Can I change my login information for a web account without having to change my Zequr pattern? Yes. When you have changed your login information for a website, you select the web account in the dropdown list “My web accounts” and Zequr will go to the login page and insert the old login information. All you have to do is to overwrite the old credentials with the new ones, click on the login button and select “Finish” when Zequr offers to remember your new credentials.
Can I change my Zequr username? Yes. Select "My account" in the main menu and change your username. VERY IMPORTANT: You must remember your username yourself!
Can I change my Zequr pattern without changing all the login information for my web accounts? Yes. Select “Change my Zequr pattern” in the main menu and follow instructions. VERY IMPORTANT: Zequr does not know your secret pattern so we cannot reconstruct it. If you forget your pattern and have no record of it, you will loose access to your Zequr account and all data in it. These measures have been taken to protect your data in the best possible way.
I am afraid I will forget my Zequr pattern If you select “Print” in the main menu you can save a printout of all your login codes as back-up. You can write your Zequr username and pattern on the printout.
VERY IMPORTANT: For your own sake, keep the printout in a safe place so others won’t find it, or else someone might get access to your Zequr account and all your websites!!!
What can I do if I forget my Zequr pattern? Nothing! Zequr’s goal is to provide a secure service and that is why we have developed a technology that makes it impossible (even for Zequr) to reconstruct your unencrypted data without knowing your Zequr pattern. That is why your Zequr pattern is not registered on your computer or on the Zequr servers, and we cannot provide it to you if you forget it. You can choose to print out your login information as a back-up by selecting “Print” in the main. VERY IMPORTANT: For your own sake, keep the printout in a safe place so others won’t find it, or else someone might get access to your Zequr account and all your websites!!!
My Zequr account has been locked. How can I un-lock it? If a wrong pattern is entered 5 times your Zequr account is automatically locked in order to protect your data. Zequr will send an email with an unlock link to the address you have stated, and you can un-lock your account by clicking the link. VERY IMPORTANT: If the email address you have stated under "My account" is not valid we can not send you an un-lock link. Check your email address right now before it is too late.
Can I use Zequr from more than one computer? Yes. You are free to install the Zequr Password Pilot on as many computers as you wish. You can enter your Zequr username and your secret Zequr pattern in any Zequr Password Pilot and log in to your Zequr account. VERY IMPORTANT: When using a computer that does not belong to you, remember to log out from Zequr once finished. No traces will be left on the computer, so you can feel safe using Zequr from any computer.
Can I use Zequr on other people’s computers? Yes, provided the computer has Zequr Password Pilot installed. You can enter your Zequr username and your secret Zequr pattern in any Zequr Password Pilot and log in to your Zequr account. VERY IMPORTANT: When using a computer that does not belong to you, remember to log out from Zequr once finished. No traces will be left on the computer, so you can feel safe using Zequr from any computer.

Can I print all my usernames and passwords? Yes. If you select “Print” in the main menu you can print out all your credentials as a back-up. Can I create more than one Zequr profile? Yes. You can create as many Zequr profiles as you need.
Is the communication between the Zequr client and the Zequr servers protected by SSL? Yes.
Can I remove Zequr Password Pilot from my computer? Yes, it is very easy to remove Zequr Password Pilot from your computer.
For Internet Explorer users:
Click “Start”, select “Control panel”, select “Remove a program” and select “Zequr Password Pilot” from the list.
For Firefox users:
Click “Tools”, select “Add-ons”, select “Zequr Password Pilot” and select “Uninstall”.
Can I delete my Zequr account? Yes. Select "My account" in the main menu and click "Delete my account". VERY IMPORTANT: If you delete your Zequr account all your data will be deleted from the Zequr servers, and there is no way they can be re-constructed!!!
