If you want to install the Zequr Extension under Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome, go to www.zequr.com from the browser you want to use, open the Download page and follow instructions.

Can I delete my Zequr account?

If you want to delete your Zequr account, select 'My Zequr/My account' in the main menu and click 'Delete my Zequr account'.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If you delete your Zequr account all your data will be deleted from the Zequr servers, and there is no way they can be re-constructed!!!

It is very easy to remove Zequr from your devices.

SMART PHONES AND TABLETS:

Follow standard procedures for deleting apps.

INTERNET EXPLORER:

Click 'Start', select 'Control panel' select 'Remove a program' and select 'Zequr' from the list.

FIREFOX:

Open Firefox' main menu, select 'Add-ons', select 'Externsions select 'Zequr' and click 'Remove'.

CHROME:

Select 'Tools', select “Extensions”, select 'Zequr' and click “Uninstall”.

You can use Zequr from Internet cafees provided Zequr is installed on their computers.

VERY IMPORTANT:

When using a device that does not belong to you, remember to log out from Zequr once finished. Then no traces will be left on the device you have borrowed.

You are free to install Zequr on as many devices as you wish. You can check on www.zequr.com which devices and systems we support.

My Zequr account has been locked. How can I un-lock it?

If a wrong pattern is entered 5 times your Zequr account is automatically locked, in order to protect your data. Zequr will then send an email with an unlock link to the address you have stated, and you can un-lock your account by clicking the link.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If the email address you have stated under "My Zequr/My account" is not valid we can not send you an un-lock link. Check your email address right now before it is too late.

If your account is being locked, and it is not you who have entered a wrong pattern five times, some else knows your username, and we strongly recommend that you change it immediately.
